Adam’s Legislative Record in the Ohio Statehouse

Even as a Democrat in a statehouse with a supermajority of Republican legislators, Adam was a sponsor of two successful health initiatives:

SPONSOR: HB29, which provided unprecedented investment in Education, Veterans, and Gambling Addiction (passed)

SPONSOR: 2018 Capital Budget, which provided $110 million to Adam’s statehouse district, the largest project in decades, to West Side Columbus for construction of new Twin Valley Hospital
